I booked a package of 6 - peels and microneedling, which set me back £1.5k, I only had 3 sessions of microneedling. Not that it was mentioned that I would receive 6 sessions but you’d assume at that price point you would.Having finished my treatment now, I haven’t achieved the desired outcome I would’ve liked, which is annoying considering had I spent more time deciding, I know an alternative treatment would’ve given me the outcome I wanted at the same price. I was given options to change part way through but by then I had felt committed and was hoping for the best!On the other hand, Jade is amazing! And the only positive part of my experience with este. Biggest regret of my life using Este. Scammed from the minute I walked through the door. Spent £5,500 to ensure I had the best possible chance of success with a hair transplant package. I was doomed from the start. Agreed a hairline in the consultation and agreed to temporal and crown hair transplant. Shown images of those with similar hair loss to me and with fantastic results. I knew the same results weren't guaranteed but it turned out I never stood a chance from the get go.I paid the monies, hopped on a plane, had my head shaven and sitting in a gown, and it was at this point they advised you can't have the hair line agreed in consultation, and they ran out of hair follicles to complete the crown.They told me to trust them for several months and to let it grow. I even met the owner, he advised he would 'fix it' for me. After waiting 9 months, they advised I would need another transplant and their offer to fix it was a 50% discount on another transplant, at the cost of around £7,000. Yes, more expensive than the first transplant which included laser, PRP and Stem Cell, this would just be for the hair transplant but provided in another country than Turkey.They hypocritically advised during this conversation that this time, I can have the agreed hairline and it should never have been pushed back so far in the first surgery. They also made it known that they knew the first transplant was never going to cover the temporal and crown areas.It was at this point I realised I've been scammed and based on further reviews on Reddit etc. looks like I'm not the only one.Shameful way to do business but they don't care about their clients in the slightest, as long as they fill their pockets. They've refused to answer any of my complaint emails. They're reliant on the UK courts not having jurisdiction as the surgery was in another country.Hopefully only a matter of time before this scam is shut down. Less

Staff wore nice and friendly but I Paid a lot of money for the hair laser therapy including derma rolling and minoxidil which I didn’t see any results

Im doing Laser acne scare treatment with Jade. she is amazing you should really book with her a session.

Wouldn’t recommend. I did chemical peel for my face and it burnt my under eye to the point where I had a rash under my eye for a year and a half

Unfortunately she does not work at this branch anymore. The building is lovely and rooms are also very comfortable.A note to anybody wanting treatments with Este: Please don't feel obliged or pressured into buying treatments at consultation. It won't always work. This shouldn't be about making a sale when somebody's mental health and personal situation should be a priority. Please don't fall into a sales trap. Less

However, Wida was able to relax me by listening to my concerns and tailoring the treatment specifically to my needs. I went for a very natural finish as the purpose of me getting the treatments were in some form for correction. My left eye appeared smaller in size, due to excessive rubbing. Botox in the forehead and eye drops prescribed by an opthalmologist helped with my concerns. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service and after care I received. It is difficult to find someone to trust with your face and I am lucky to have found Wida and will definitely return to the clinic for future treatments. Less

I wanted to see the results first.They have a code on the desk to be scanned to leave a review on Trustpilot.It seemed very pushy to me and also she told me to buy a cream to apply to my skin. £ 45.I felt like she tried to squeeze me like a lemon.After few days, my face didn't look right at all. Some marks started to appear on it. I was developing scars !Now, I've got few diamonds marks and xisc marks on my face. My beard in some points doesn't grow anymore. Not to mention some hyperpigmentation as well.It's very sad that this has happened. I was looking to improve my acne scars appearance, but my face now looks worst than before after this treatment.I cancelled the following appointment. No questions about it.
