Avoid at all costs – dishonest and damagingWe used Agent Marketer to manage our social media. Instead of improving things, they disconnected our Instagram and Facebook accounts, leaving us unable to use them properly. They told us they had fixed the issue — but for 6 months, nothing was resolved.We eventually instructed another company, who managed to reconnect everything within 2 weeks. When I invoiced Agent Marketer for my wasted time and the cost of hiring another company — with a deadline for payment before court action — they came back with a “full refund and settlement” claiming it was a goodwill gesture. In truth, it was paying back money for work they had not done and damage they had caused.Completely unprofessional, misleading, and a waste of time. Stay away.
