After having a major back injury which led to surgery, physical therapy, and numerous nerve blocks, I was desperate (but also reluctant) to try another form of pain relief. I could only walk a short distance before experiencing lower back pain; standing for any length of time was extremely uncomfortable. After meeting Dr. Wootton and his wonderful team, I believed wholeheartedly that it was worth giving their customized treatment plan a try. I am so thankful I did. I can now stand and walk pain free. I experienced knee pain for over a year and attempted various treatments, including topical lotions and ointments, physical therapy, and knee injections. Unfortunately, none of these options provided meaningful relief. After beginning soft wave therapy, I noticed improvement after the first session. Following multiple sessions, I am now able to complete my daily activities without pain. Based on my experience, I would recommend this treatment.

I experienced intermittent knee pain, swelling, and stiffness for the past year that eventually became constant and unbearable after walking a mild trail in Oct 2024, I went to an orthopedic urgent care and learned I had developed osteoarthritis in my right knee (bone on bone).After a round of shots, anti inflammatory meds, fluid aspiration, physical therapy, and at home triage, with no lasting results, I started researching alternative treatment options because I did not want to become dependent upon shots, meds or surgery for pain management long term.I came across a Facebook Ad for a Softwave Therapy consultation and decided to give it a try in May 2025. I went to one of their seminars because I had all the symptoms of neuropathy and had no idea what to do about it. After my exam, I actually DIDN’T have neuropathy- I had the beginnings of some disc/nerve issues in my neck and wrist. Dr Wooten started me on a course of treatment and it has been amazing! For the first time in over a year, I am sleeping through the night (use to wake up every couple hours due to pain), the numbness and tingling in my arm has decreased significantly and I feel I’m getting my life back since I’m not 100% concentrated on my pain all the time. Thanks to the whole gang at Relief and Renew! Can’t give them a higher recommendation!

The Relief and Renew team offers a unique healing method that uses sound waves to bring stem cells to an injury for natural healing but much faster. My knee is so much better than when I started. I am so grateful for Wootton Family Chiropractic. Dr. Wooten and Dr.Perry are so professional and caring. They are helping me recover from a really bad sciatica flare up and manage my scoliosis. I was unable to — load and unload the dryer, leave my driver’s seat without grabbing a handle, rise from a meal without holding on to a table, play with the great niece and nephew on their mat,. Then, one day, I thought — something needs to happen; and I had driven past Wootton Family Chiropractor at Trinity Commons many times. I took a deep breath and decided to check it out. Story short? X-Ray to determine the problem, consultation, commitment to three short session a week — then, at last, relief!
