I went to Gav Noble with a sore lower back. I was met with a very friendly, lovely receptionist who got me booked in ASAP. I saw Gavin who is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Each week we worked on my back and I was given strengthening exercises to do throughout the weeks, and continue to do after the sessions. I went to Gav Noble physiotherapy following 4 years of unsuccessful treatment for a knee injury which prevented me from running long distance without pain. My physio was Chris, who from the start helped educate me on my injury and put in place a plan to fix it.
