I have been working with Tricia for over 1 year now in what has been a very confusing and convoluted process working with the insurance companies. For this type of endeavor you really need to work with someone who is well versed and patient with the process and who can guide you through the process. I found SPS AKA PPO negotiation solutions to be a company that possessed those very qualities. While it is outsourcing, when working with them they become a part of your team. There is a great deal to know while navigating through this space and I felt like Tricia and her team had our back. We didn't get exactly the outcome we were looking for but that was primarily due to the shiftiness of the insurance industry. In the end we made the decision to discontinue in-network participation with all plans and I believe that was a great outcome nonetheless. We relied on her for counsel as she helped us set up an in house discount plan, raise our fees to be commensurate with the market and gave us the scripting we needed to help our patients understand how their benefits worked.
