I had a new roof installed by Home Genius. While the workmanship was really good, the communications from start to finish left a lot to be desired. And even now that the job was completed 3 months ago, the communication is still an issue. I’ve called 6-7 times trying to get a copy of the manufactures warranty and everytime I call I’m told they will get it out to me. I’m still waiting. And without the lifetime warranty I was told I would get with the new roof installation, the job they did is meaningless

a door to door solicitor representing your company came to my door today. They did not have a visible delaware solicitors permit on their person. They were wearing a light blue vest. When people see a person wearing a light blue vest come to their door they instantly think it is an amazon delivery. If I did not think it was Amazon I would not have answered my door. Your company is praying on the instant trust of homeowners expecting an amazon package. I understand that is your company's colors and your construction workers wear those colors. But your door to door solicitors should not be wearing a light blue vest to knock on doors. I will be informing my neighbors and all of social media of your deceptive practices.

Took lots of pictures to submit to your insurance company if you have to fight with them. Will give his number to everyone I know to do their roofs. With all the rain we received last few weeks my home had a water spot in my daughter’s bedroom. We’ve owned our home for 3 years and haven’t had a problem so far with any leaks or water issues. I called Jose who is a dear friend and knowing he is very busy with his schedule and what his team is doing helping with the flood relief in hill country and asked to come take a look at his convenience. While at work he calls me and says “I’m at your house tell me what’s going on” we had a brief conversation and he said he’d get back to me. Within a few minutes he called back with text pictures and informed me my roof looked good but educated me how my older home built in 1976 the roof had a ventilation system that was older but still worked where the attic was having water “forced in” with the heavy winds and rain we got. The water spot was from some water getting forced in and pushing its way down to that spot which eventually touched my ceiling. Something that was bound to happen with that kind of weather we received but assured me we would be fine but gave me some tips to look out for next time it does rain and gave me good info on what to talk about with our insurance company if we do need any repairs done in the future. The best part of the assessment was that Jose was 1. Honest 2. Helpful and educational and 3. Was there without having to call or text asking if he would show up. He is a lifelong friend but I don’t feel special because I know countless people that he has done work for and they all say the same… he’s the best. I wouldn’t trust anyone else in the SA or surrounding areas to help me in a pinch or an emergency with my home needs. Thanks again Neri Roofing

Neri Roofing is an exceptional contractor. We had them redo our whole roof a little over a year and a half ago. The day after they finished the new roof. The solar panel installer ruined half the roof. They came back and fixed the damage and worked with us while we argued and fought with the Solar the company for payment. The crew was professional and respectful of our proprety. As well as taking the time to cleanup after the install, this is something we all would expect to happen but I have found that most contractors just get the big stuff. They were the only contractor we wanted on our roof for our addition and made it clear to our General Contractor that Jose and his crew would be putting the roof on no argument. There was a communication issue from our side but Jose found a way to fit us in even with a full schedule. The addition roof looks purfect, you cannot even see where the old meet the new. They are the ONLY roofers that I will recomend to anyone who asks.
