When we called Neri, we set up an appointment and received an estimate pretty quickly. The estimate was more reasonable than I expected, and they were ready to start the job immediately, unlike another bid I received who wanted payment in full and would start the job in "a couple of weeks." Neri started the work early morning and completed replacing the roof, including some damaged decking, in one day. When they were gone, there was not a trace of roofing material left, you wouldn't even know they were there. I promptly received an electronic copy of the warranty and receipts for payments. I needed my roof repaired, and have been saving to have it done for about a year. After a racoon decided to tear a hole in my roof where some wood had rotted away, I began the search for a company who would work with me and my budget. I am so happy I contacted Neri roofing, they did the job and did it right. I know a bit about roofing and I realized that there were a lot of issues on my roof from the pervious roofer doing it incorrectly. The Neri team Fixed all of the issues that I had with my roof and the end results were fantastic. After talking to Jose and explaining to him my budget, and the type of job I wanted he was more than willing to work with me to make this happen. For me Craftmanship is important, there are items that a lot of other roofing companies will cover up, or not fix proper the Neri team made me aware of all issues and gave me options on how to handle them properly. The storm that just happened on 4/28 was poof of how well they did on this project, Not a single leak and the 30 year architect shingles appear to have taken the hail beating well. From the very beginning Neri was quick to get back to me for an estimate then scheduling roof replacement. I was impressed how his work crew took the time to ensure my yard was left clean of any debris.

A time was scheduled for an estimate but a rep did not show up. After a few hours, I had to call and it was rescheduled for the following day, but again no one showed and no one has called, even after I left a second message asking about the appointment. This company is unreliable on appointments and I question their professionalism. Bad experience.
