What an absolutely incredible group. I had the pleasure of working with quite a few individuals from Five Star throughout planning, and orchestrating a rehearsal dinner and wedding and every single one went above and beyond their role. Alana and several other members of the staff spent tons of time on the phone helping me update small details last second. Jack and Don drove to our extremely remote AirBnb in large buses (and Jack and I had an amazing chat - his positivity shines so bright). Ricardo & Arturo both arrived quite early to make sure everything went smoothly for the wedding pickups. I've used this service many times since 2014. We've never had not one bad experience. Customer service is hands down the best service in San Diego. You can't go wrong with this service. Less
