Stop all your searches for a place to have your AMG serviced. This is it. Geoff and team at Star Motor Werks live up to the hype. I brought my w212 E63s wagon here for engine mounts and the team went above and beyond to take care of my ride, also helping to address issues that would have been bigger headaches down the line including water pump, belt tensioner, transmission (including front dif!) service and more. The documentation and transparency in reviewing the work is second to none including videos and discussion of work. Geoff and Denise are also incredibly courteous in a time where its becoming harder to find even just simple customer service. Cannot recommend them and the shop enough. Less

Geoff is super helpful, and really knows his stuff. He and I focused on Gwagen’s (G500/G55 AMG) specifically, but he earned my trust with any expertise in the AMG/Mercedes space. Responsive and extremely pleasant. 10/10 Less

Jeff was very accommodating and understanding of the emergency. He troubleshoot my car and worked quickly with awesome service. I can easily say that I have found a shop that I will be bringing all of my Mercedes cars to as long as I own one (forever). I brought in my 2005 E55 for transmission problems after another shop had just simply told me I needed a new transmission without even doing anything past running some codes. After a friend of mine recommended this shop I brought my car here and was far from disappointed. They had a well catered game plan that they suggested we try, with a transmission swap being the absolute last resort. Thankfully they were able to fix it without even having to consider the transmission swap. Not only that but I truly appreciated how the owner & lead tech Geoffrey was giving me updates along every step of the way rather than just leaving me to wonder the state of my car. He is the true definition of “Leader rather than boss” and that was evident not only from his work but his team as well. I can genuinely say that he truly went above and beyond with his service ensuring that he had done absolutely everything in his power to make the car run up to its full potential. Not only that but he went as far as to get my car washed before returning it to me which was extremely appreciated and made me even more excited to pick it up. Above all else it didn’t break the bank. When I arrived to his shop I was kind of intimidated to see the caliber of cars they were working on and I was nervous on what this kind of work would run me. However when I received the invoice I was overwhelmed with joy & relief not only because my car was fixed but because at that moment I knew I had found a shop that I can count on for the rest of my Mercedes fanboy days.
