This gym is absolutely amazing! 10/10 love the equipment! Great staff amazing, super friendly always helpful and super clean ALL THE TIME! Derek the staff member at the gym is the friendliest kindest person in the whole gym! Always super helpful and keeps everything super fun and clean. Over all I love it and I’d recommend it to anyone!

I first started at Life Fit Gym back in 2017, and after COVID I transitioned to working out in my garage. While I enjoyed the convenience, I eventually became complacent and stopped seeing progress.After talking with Coach Lucy, in Jan, she encouraged me to come back and try it again for just one month. I’m so glad I did. I’ve been back since January 2026 and the results have been incredible. I’m lifting heavier, eating healthier, and seeing real muscle growth again.The coaches truly make the difference. Lucy and Adrian are outstanding, and even Fabian’s bad jokes manage to be funny sometimes 😄Thank you, Life Fit, for welcoming me back and helping me get back on track. Highly recommend!

Been going to this gym off and on since Jan. 2019. LFG South has gotten better, especially for beginners and nervous first timers. Judgement and egos are checked at the door. Instructors are spot on in helping you with your form and answers to any questions, before, during and after the class. Admin in the gym are equally helpful and informative. I never regret going back to this location after my hiatus.

I can’t say enough good things about this gym. From day one, the coaches and members have been incredibly kind and welcoming. If you’re new or nervous, this is the place to start they truly go out of their way to encourage you and make you feel like you belong.One thing I really appreciate is how much they focus on proper form. They don’t just tell you what to do they actually take the time to teach you how to move correctly and safely. You can tell they genuinely care about your progress and preventing injuries.Every workout is fun, challenging, and guaranteed to leave you sweaty in the best way. I’m 59 years old, started going to LifeFit in October a month before my birthday. It’s only been 3 months, hope and pray I can continue to come. I love it! The trainers are excellent, Adrian and Fabian both are very helpful. The gym is 5 minutes from my house and the 9:00am class works great for me. Valeria, who not only works in the office but works out as well is extremely helpful. I highly recommend this gym to anyone.
