Lory and her team came in after a disaster was left by another flooring refinishing company. Lory walked through the stages and what needed to be done to obtain the finish that matched the existing floor and stairs, as well as replacing boards that had been replaced by the first contractor. It was evident that Lory and her team placed the customer first and the work was not going to be rushed. The end result was more than I expected with little dust and clean up.
