Ally was absolutely amazing! She made the entire car rental/service process so easy and stress-free from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely wanted to make sure we had a great experience in Tulum.What really stood out was how much she went above and beyond. She gave us recommendations for things to do, connected us with other local people who also gave us great suggestions, and even shared helpful tips about what to do and expect if we happened to get pulled over by the police. 😂It honestly felt like we had a local friend looking out for us rather than just someone providing a car service. She made navigating Tulum so much easier, and we really appreciated all of her help and recommendations. I would absolutely use her service again and highly recommend Ally to anyone visiting Tulum! 🤍

Love the concept ! It was really easy to rent the scooter. We rented it a few hours before we ‘needed’ it and it was pick-up ready within 20 minutes. Super easy to use, and you get good tips before using it. 10/10. Would definitely recommend.

She was the best!! Friendly, great communication. We forgot our credit card for the deposit, and she allowed us to use our passport instead as a courtesy. She also gave us great recommendations for cenote and activities. 10/10 would recommend

Ally doesn’t ask for your passport or ID as a deposit, so it's already a great option for cautious travelers looking for a reliable way to get around Tulum. Not your typical rental company; it's a fully automated check-in/out system, but it's very intuitive. Ally is also responsive and helpful; she answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy a safe ride. I’ll definitely rent from her again.
