4 Mos ago I didnt know what to expect, but as soon as I walked in for my first class it was over, and I was hooked. My trainer Dawn is amazing and keeps me motivated. I have medical issues and she modifies routines to ensure I receive a good workout while circumventing them. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I recommend them to anyone.

This is the best CrossFit gym in Jacksonville ! I love the tight knit community and family feel that this gym has. I love that you don't have to already be fit to join this gym (luckily for me) the instructions always accommodate everyone's needs and wants. I started knowing nothing. At 62 yrs old, purposeful, high intensity movements and weightlifting seemed out of my range. They train hard, they train right, they aim high. Importantly, they kept me safe. I feel great and am much stronger than I ever thought I would be at this age. How can you go wrong?

Excellent place for fitness! Coaches are amazing and can accommodate all fitness levels, special modifications or injuries. They coached me through 2 broken wrists and a broken tailbone without missing a beat!

End this year strong and start 2019 even stronger!

Just celebrated six months at CrossFit Jax Beach. This place has been amazing for my overall health and well-being. The coaches are awesome and do a great job at pushing us to our limits while also ensuring we stay injury free. Fills my need for competition and fun that I’ve been missing since high school sports 20+ years ago.

This was my first time ever doing crossfit and I was very intimidated at first. Dawn (one of the coaches/owners) made me feel so at home. I learned so much and was able to gain back the confidence I missed. Along with meeting so many amazing people. I was very sad when I had to leave for schooling and hope to come back soon! Love this place.

I joined the challenge and struggled but made it for the 6 weeks - 3 classes a week but then I have continued to my own surprise--almost a year now ! Best gym i have ever belonged. With constant support from the coaches and other box members, I've lost almost 90lbs, have run several local races (5ks and even a 5 miler) and begun to see gains in my movements and strength. Excellent coaching, new facility with state of the art equipment, and close knit group of folks that work out encouraging and supporting each other through tough WOD's. I am very pleased with my experience at this BOX and would encourage folks that are new to Cross Fit to come on by and take an intro class.

Was in town for a quick visit and decided to stop by. I couldn't be more happy that I did! Justin was fantastic and so helpful and welcoming. He's running a great establishment and his copartner for the day was a beautiful girl named Maddie! Beautiful dog, great people, and quality gym!
