Not attended at the clinic yet, but initial telephone call extremely efficient and friendly, with a call back to me, making sure I was happy to travel quite a long distance for the consultation, and offering a phone/online consult if I preferred. I preferred to visit in person, but appreciated the consideration afforded.

My treatment was with Dr Olga Andriyuk and she was exceptional. I explained my concerns, and she took her time to really understand what I wanted before recommending the best approach, nothing felt rushed, everything felt considered.She explained every step so clearly, which instantly put me at ease. I was a little nervous, but she was so gentle, calm, and reassuring throughout the treatment.I had under-eye polynucleotides, Botox and a nose treatment which I had seen advertised on their Instagram page with fabulous results, already after just three days I can see a difference.What stood out most was how thorough and caring she was, including the aftercare advice, it really felt like a premium, thoughtful experience.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, I felt completely safe in her hands.
