Very pleased with the final result as well as the process of working with Closet Connection. I started my project by inquiring to several similar companies, asking for a virtual quote and Closet Connection was one of the few willing to speak to me about the project without stepping foot in our home first. I first spoke with Rhonda over the phone, who provided me with Jack's e-mail. I e-mailed Jack the day after speaking to Rhonda and received a response that same day with mock-ups of what could be done based on the dimensions and drawing I had provided. Within two weeks, the ball was rolling and we had a back-to-back tear out and install date just over a month away. When the tear out day came, the workman was very professional and friendly. It turned out that the interior of our pantry was painted a different shade of white than the rest of the house and the paint we had didn't match, so after some discussion he went ahead and painted the entire inside of the pantry with what we had so it would match the rest of the walls. After he was done, the walls looked like nothing had been hung on them at all! The next day, our installation crew was right on time and got to work quickly. By the end of the workday, our pantry was fully installed and ready to be loaded back up. It looks just like the design we chose, the walls and shelves are super sturdy, and the drawers roll smoothly with no hitches. Jack was super helpful with our questions throughout the process. We had an amazing experience with Closet Connection and want to highly recommend them. First off their prices and quality are far better than other companies. Jack Harris did an amazing job designing our closet. He listened to what we wanted and needed out of a closet and designed it with perfection. The first scheduled day was demolition of our existing closet. All holes were patched and textured and painted with perfection. The next day the new closet was installed. It was flawless! The carpenters did an amazing job and went above and beyond to ensure the install was to our satisfaction. From start to finish the design and install was excellent. We are very happy!
