Due to health issues I have had an ON/OFF working relationship with Lifetree. However, prior to moving from outdoor B'camp, Alter Ego Fitness, I was actively training for 15 years. I struggled with personal training where my need for commoraderie and competition was not being met.A few years ago I started with LT in their Fit for Life program and although the workouts were challenging I never felt my Vibe'TONE was being infused. I believe this to be part of a veil of unwellness which draped over me. When I finally had to step away Tracy remained so kind....understanding and inviting.My last surgery and post surgical clearance has seen me enter into month two of my return. Working with Kaleigh in the Fit for Life program has been so rewarding both physically and mentally. The program has attracted some very dedicated athletes.I am no longer waking in the night in dread and trying to convince myself that I don't want to go to training.....like high-school as I recall.I thank Lifetree and Kayleigh for creating such an amazing environment. You saved me. ❤️

-Great facility. -Knowledgeable coaches. - Warm environment. During the classes you sweat. You are pushed & challenged but there is also a lightness and ease. Coaches and members support each other and laugh easily. -All levels find their place.

CrossFit Life Tree isn't your average Crossfit gym. The Woiwod family and coaches have created a unique environment that welcomes the beginner without arrogance, modifies for injuries and limitations and challenges advanced athletes. They provide detailed and supportive coaching that has drawn in a kind, positive and fun group of people. The format of their training allows for development, instruction and performance. It's a special place that I would highly recommend to anyone who is contemplating trying this fitness modality.

Like many, nerves accompanied excitement when I started CrossFit over a year ago. The minute I walked into CFLT, those nerves vanished and the excitement remains to this day! The coaches here are phenomenal and the community is top-notch. Everyone looks out for one another and cheers each other to hit their next PR, no matter the number. They truly care about each one of their members, and that trickles down to their membership and the vibe in each class. Here's to many more years!

LifeTree has been an amazing experience. The instructors are very knowledgeable and super friendly. I started a year ago with zero experience and from the very first class I felt right at home.The instructors helped me work through a bunch of injuries with simple workout modifications and a year later I’m pain free and have no more injuries!!!. My cardio has greatly improved, range of motion of all my joints, and I’ve learned about rowing, lifting weights, running, and even managed my first muscle up without using rocket boosters or a forklift ;). Highly recommend you check them out! Get healthy; make a bunch of friends, sweat, laugh and do it all over again!

An amazing community of people working to become better versions of themselves. Coaches are top-notch. They care about how you move and check in with you regularly to see how you're feeling and how they can tweak the workout better support what your body needs. Feels like an extension of my family. No bro-y culture.
