Both of the owners are very nice people.They explain things very clearly so you understand everything.It’s very clean and I would recommend this place especially for mothers because they do have a playroom for kids and a change pad for diapers.

From the moment you walk in, you feel the incredibly positive and encouraging community atmosphere. It's truly a place where everyone supports each other.A huge shoutout to Kelvin, who is fantastic at ensuring techniques and posture are correct, taking the time to provide personalized guidance. The owners are super friendly and genuinely care about their members.One of the things I appreciate most is the ability to scale workouts to fit my physical limits without any judgment. This inclusive approach makes fitness accessible to everyone.It's a wonderfully kid-friendly environment. I love that I can bring my kids along while I work out or even have them join in!The gym itself is always very clean, and the staff is consistently wiping equipment down, which is a huge bonus. This place is amazing. I absolutely love it and recommend it to everyone! They have great equipment and manage to adjust every exercise and movement in a modified way so I can still get results and a productive workout, without injury and within my abilities. This is the gym I have been searching for!! Has been a great source for farm fresh goodies too. (Best greens and pickles ever!)

I've been going for almost 2 months and see such a difference in every aspect, physically, mentally and emotionally.I love knowing when I go in for a class it is already planned out for me, also I get the opportunity to work with a coach every class to ensure I'm doing the workout correctly, working out the correct muscles. Coach Kelvin is patient and has a great attitude.I'm grateful for Starvillafe Crossfit! Excited to see all I'll accomplish through this membership. It's helping give me the confidence I need in other areas of life!
