Cliff at the Kingsport showroom was great. We told him what we wanted and he showed us what would meet our needs without trying to sell us something we didn't want or need. All promises were kept, financing was quick, delivery was on time with 4 likeable guys. Cliff was always willing to answer any questions before the sale and I will return there to buy my chemicals in the future. No anxiety had with this purchase!

Matt walked us through every step of the purchase of our new Jacuzzi hot tub from start to finish and the ladies Ashley and Heather provide amazing customer service with water testing and making sure I am getting the right supplies and chemicals that I need to make my hot tub last for years to come. Excellent team and they are highly recommended.
