10/10 would recommend. It's been a long time since I've visited the dentist and I knew that my next visit would require a fair amount of cleanup, a probable route canal and a handful of cavities. I expressed my anxiety when I scheduled the appointment and the lady on the phone was absolutely fantastic. She acknowledged my anxiety, wasn't dismissive. The visit itself was better than expected. After some initial x-rays, I sat down for a brief but thorough consultation with Dr. Woo. A consummate professional and bedside manner fantastic. At this point, the anxiety had subsided. Dr. Woo and his dental assistant (Dainer ?) narrated everything they were doing and why, with regular check-ins during each stage of the procedure. And then it was over. We had a debrief, and planned the next phase of my treatment. His scheduler was busy with another client so Dr. Woo actually went through the billing and payment with me This clearly demonstrated that he is familiar with every part of his business, and it's a team effort with a positive and professional vibe.
