We couldn't be happier with the results of our recent renovation by Turn Key. The team, Joe, Roberto, Chris and Barry, were a true pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were professional, communicative, and transparent about every step of the process. The project stayed more or less on schedule, and the crew was always respectful of our home, keeping the work area clean and tidy at the end of each day. They were also very patient with all of our questions and made sure we were happy with every decision along the way. The attention to detail was incredible, and they went above and beyond to ensure the final result was exactly what we envisioned. Our space has been completely transformed, and we are so grateful for their hard work and expertise. We highly recommend them for any home renovation project!

I would highly recommend Turn Key to anyone! From demo to finish I was really happy with Joe and his team. Joe is a pleasure to deal with and asks great questions in the quote process. Jen and Christine were always a pleasure to speak to and I had nothing but great communication with them both! Bill and Chris were absolute gems during demo through to completion. The time they took to prep and protect the rest of the home was incredible. Lex the plumber was super professional and knowledgeable. Greg the tile setter and his colleague were the kindest gentleman and did a beautiful job. Roberto was awesome and so patient with my indecision with some selections. He took time to draw out multiple options for my choices. We also had an issue with my tub fittings (which was no fault on their part) that lead to delays. I so appreciate Roberto taking the time to converse with me about whether waiting for what I envisioned was worth it, or to settle for something I liked and finish sooner. I chose to wait and am so glad I did. He truly wants his clients happy in the end! I wouldn’t look anywhere else after working with Turn Key. I hope to have them all back on another renovation in the near future. Thanks so much everyone 😊

We called Joe after having had a traumatizing experience with another contractor. Turnkey team not only dealt with the project but also with clients with lots of trust issues. Joe is very knowledgeable and came to fix a mess. The team had open and honest communication with us, they were fantastic at dealing with things when issues happened ( as in any project). We are more than happy with the quality of the work done.. all the trades that worked at my place were impecable and very perfectionist.
