I would highly recommend Turn Key to anyone! From demo to finish I was really happy with Joe and his team. Joe is a pleasure to deal with and asks great questions in the quote process. Jen and Christine were always a pleasure to speak to and I had nothing but great communication with them both! Bill and Chris were absolute gems during demo through to completion. The time they took to prep and protect the rest of the home was incredible. Lex the plumber was super professional and knowledgeable. Greg the tile setter and his colleague were the kindest gentleman and did a beautiful job. Roberto was awesome and so patient with my indecision with some selections. He took time to draw out multiple options for my choices. We also had an issue with my tub fittings (which was no fault on their part) that lead to delays. I so appreciate Roberto taking the time to converse with me about whether waiting for what I envisioned was worth it, or to settle for something I liked and finish sooner. I chose to wait and am so glad I did. He truly wants his clients happy in the end! I wouldn’t look anywhere else after working with Turn Key.
