A year ago (Jan 2025) I think as struggling so much with joint pain, that even getting up and down off the toilet was a challenge. Today I did a 50kg back squat. My back pain has virtually gone, and even with a torn disc L4-5 My deadlift feels a 90kg, and I know there’s room for more. I didn’t join a gym to look better in my selfies or lose weight. For me it was literally about quality of life. Not only have I achieved way more than I thought possible in terms of managing my long term, chronic health conditions, I’ve joined an incredible community which makes me look forward to sessions, and to the future. Thankyou so much Miles, what you’re building here means more than you know to the people you’re building it for.
