First time here for an oil change and the service was excellent! Fast and easy and the staff was incredibly polite! Will definitely be back!

The ladies were very helpful and professional, not at all pushy or trying to upsell and overcharge. They topped everything off, cleaned up everything under the hood, and made the whole overall experience quick and easy! Would absolutely recommend!

Horrible experience. Incompetent staff who obviously thought I knew nothing about my own vehicle. I certainly hope after my multiple complaints things are reprimanded at this location and customer service is restored.

I have changed my own oil for years…but life has gotten busy and since I found Costa I haven’t changed oil since! Sometimes I’m in and out in 5-6 minutes, and with Groupon coupons it’s very much worth it.

Went by today. No appointment. Rolled right in. Tech was very knowledgeable and wasted no time. 5.9 Qts filter and topped off other fluids. Had me rolling in 25 mins. Great Service, will be back in 5000 miles. Price beat dealership by 45 bucks.

Once they're ready, you drive your car in and wait in the car. While the two guys were not masked, I only had to open my window to hand them my credit card. Otherwise, there was no interaction, so definitely a great option for anyone looking to stay safe for covid. The whole thing took 23 minutes because there were 2 cars ahead of me being finished up. The oil change itself was maybe 7-10 minutes. I appreciated the precautions they took. It was a fantastic experience overall. Thank you, Costa Oil! Less

Oil changed, all my fluids topped off, air pressure in tires checked and I didn’t even have to get out of my car!! Oh and it only cost me $15 and some change!! Unbelievable!! Seems like a great group of guys working here, very fast, and not pushy about, you need this new filter, that new filter, etc. Now, there was a gentleman there that did need an air filter, they just suggested it, and I was pleasantly surprised that they didn't double and triple uncharged for the filter.
