First-the unit was delivered to my home exactly on time and was in impeccable condition. You might expect that. What you may not expect is how they went above and beyond during hurricane Ian. I called and not only did they agree to pick up, store and redeliver my unit--but they did it for no charge at all! They were such a voice of compassion and help in the midst of trying to pack our home up and evacuate. She went over my options and I did not even know that i could leave it on my property(if your home area approves of this). I did this and I had easy access to move and remove things. I can't say enough good things about UNITS Movable & Portable Storage of TAMPA BAY! These are like PODS, but much better. They seal completely, keeping bugs, rodents and moisture out and hold a lot more. I did quite a bit of research before selecting Units. We moved across country and stored our Units on the West Coast for 10 months, not knowing for sure where we would settle. Their equipment is clever, keeping the Units level when they pick them up and drop off. Everything arrived in great condition and nothing at all was broken, which amazed me! I had a number of unusual issues with our move and the corporate office, along with both storage locations staff were so lovely to deal with. They all went above and beyond to give me great service and solve the complications. Really -- this company, which I believe is a franchise, is stellar. A+++ service and I highly recommend them.
