UNITS IS GREAT!We made the mistake of trying to use PODS first until we found UNITS moving and portable storage and I’m so glad we did. UNITS customer service is excellent. I specifically want to mention the people we worked with. First, Alexis handled signing up and made me feel at ease with all the paperwork and explained everything thoroughly. Steve, dropped the unit off and was very professional and efficient. Both their efforts made this process stress free. This will be our go to for any future moving and storage needs. Highly recommend this company to anyone.

Stop your search! You have found the company you are looking for! I can't say enough positive things about UNITS of Tampa. First-the unit was delivered to my home exactly on time and was in impeccable condition. You might expect that. What you may not expect is how they went above and beyond during hurricane Ian. I called and not only did they agree to pick up, store and redeliver my unit--but they did it for no charge at all! They were such a voice of compassion and help in the midst of trying to pack our home up and evacuate. I can't stress enough what a professional and responsive company this is when it comes to meeting your storage needs. Thank you UNITS of Tampa for everything!

Scott was phenomenal to work with. He got the UNITS there when he said he would- he picked them up when he said he would. They we placed in my driveway with care. The containers were clean and I know my property is in a safe, climate controlled place during my renovation. Thanks!

Wow! What a great experience. We were out of our house for a few months and needed a storage unit to hold our things while not in the home. We used UNITS and everyone was so kind and communication was perfect. Our dates for pickup, drop off, length of storage fluctuated due to various issues with our home and the team at UNITS were always accommodating. Tess is the perfect point person for this company. Her demeanor was always pleasant and she was always there to help answer any questions. Thank you for being the one part of our home storage that was perfect! Will recommend for anyone in the Bay Area and if the time comes, will DEFINITELY use services again.

I used UNITS to store things for three months. The staff was efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. Tess was wonderful. She went over my options and I did not even know that i could leave it on my property(if your home area approves of this). I did this and I had easy access to move and remove things. The UNIT was clean. The delivery was exceptional. The driver insanely nice. I thought the price was reasonable. Scott was wonderful. I am very pleased with the whole transaction. I would recommend this company. In fact, I am going to recommend them to a friend that I know that could use their services. This is a very professional family business. They aim to please. I am very satisfied with this company.

We needed to shut down a location with very little notice and to make it as efficient as possible, I decided to explore portable storage. Made a few inquiries and decided to go with UNITS. I've had the unit for 4 months so far and I must say it has been a wonderful experience. Everyone I've had contact with has been very helpful, professional and responsive. Too bad more businesses aren't like UNITS......

I had the pleasure of using Units for my move. They were cheaper than the competition and moved my Unit 2 times after delivery, and still saved me $100. The driver was very gentle never shifting any of my contents. Their personnel could not have been more professional! Thank you !!
