Let me start by saying that Cardinal Park Family Dental Care gets a HUGE set of thumbs up!!!!!! There are so many reasons that I say this and will share a few with you of why this is the place to go. The other reasons, you need to go and experience for yourself. Think of what people fear about the dentist and what comes to mind is the well…. this is what we see and the dreaded numbing process. Holy moly…. they do NOT use the cold syringe and fish around in your gums to numb you up. They use technology to improve your patient care experience and NOT to just look impressive as a marketing tactic. When I prepared to get numbed up, I braced for a bit of pain BUT was totally surprised that it was a tiny needle and the numbing medication introduced via a machine attached to the tiny needle. I was treated by Dr. Naveed Cheraghi and his incredible team member, Kelsea Ray. After the simple injection process to get numb, I got a total kick out of Kelsea Ray as she said “we will let it marinate in you for a few minutes” vice the traditional you need to wait while you get numb. Loving the movie Patch Adams, I enjoy humor in patient care. The technology for making my crown was incredible as there was no need to create a silly putty mold of my tooth. This technology was so awesome that it sized my crown. The BEST part is that the crown was so perfect that my night guard fit was not impacted. They created the crown in about 30 to 40 minutes and I did not have to have a temporary crown OR have to come back a second time.
