At almost 70 years old and recently diagnosed with osteoporosis I knew I needed to make some physical activity changes in my life. After visiting several facilities, I ended up at Nitro Performance CrossFit.I have been training with Ella for almost 4 months and have seen some definite improvements. I am stronger, have more range of motion and more stamina. Ella makes each session challenging while ensuring that my form is correct. She is always able to adapt the workout if needed. She is a great motivator and wants me to be successful.In addition to Ella, I’ve also worked with Sam. Sam has a wealth of knowledge in nutrition and mobility. She has assisted me on learning to better maintain a proper diet, as well as working on a mobility issue.My goal is to gain enough strength and stamina to enroll in one of the group classes. Hopefully soon!Nitro Performance CrossFit has a monthly newsletter that provides tips on exercises and staying healthy as well as some great recipes.The gym is in a great location, always clean and people there to encourage you!Highly recommend!
