Gym is always clean and the staff is fantastic. The classes are tough but so rewarding, especially Cindy’s Rise N Grind! Attending Saturday’s Rise N Grind Kickboxing is the highlight of my week.

Awesome gym. The layout of the gym is great and allows me to workout how I like anytime of the day even during peak hours. They are also seemingly always getting new equipment and improving the gym experience. I recommend to everyone I know.

I come in from out of town every few months for work and this is my go to spot. Matt is great and easy to work with. They have everything you need and the environment is great. If you're used to a crossfit mentality and conditioning workouts they have what you need.
