My son recently started to train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He's been in and out of it or around it most of his life but now is training He's starting to pick everything up very quickly and his confidence has grown tremendously he's very brave and other situations and remembers his breathing to control his heart rate . This is a great way to teach them responsibility and discipline"When you listen You Learn" Is the saying they teach the kids. Coach Lucas coach Yasmine and coach Camila have such good patience for the little ones. The facility is nice and is continued to grow. Love the atmosphere Love the area and also there's a playground at the community center where he plays before or after practice to kill time. My wife recently started and attends the all women's class which is starting to grow as well. Just remember you don't need experience to learn something new whether you have experience or not this is a good place to learn make friends become a team and help each other"iron sharpens iron"

Lucas is hands down the best! He is a high level black belt, young, and has endless energy for his students.I’ve been training BJJ for about 1.5 years and taking private lessons from Lucas for the past few months. He has helped me hone my game to compete, and coached me to gold in my first ever tournament a month ago. He is super meticulous, caring, and I could not be more excited for him opening up his own academy. If you are nearby, highly highly recommend checking it out and training here!
