I went to this gym for an event, but I will definitely be back to try out a class, what a gym! Really good atmosphere and amazing equipment - and so much of it! CrossFit community seems so supportive and kind, and Rob the owner was so welcoming and accommodating!

What an amazing gym this is! Huge thank you to Rob for allowing us to use the space for our charity event it honestly couldn’t have gone better. The generosity and support he showed meant a lot to everyone involved.We’re so grateful for the opportunity to host our event here. I couldn’t recommend CrossFit Muscle Yard enough whether you’re looking for a great place to train or a supportive fitness community, this is the place to be!

From the moment I joined, the coaches and members made me feel welcome and supported, no matter my fitness level. The workouts are challenging but scalable, which means both beginners and experienced athletes can do them. The atmosphere is also motivating and friendly!

CrossFit Muscle Yard is great, It’s the perfect spot for a workout. The equipment is top-tier everything is well maintained and modern. They have a fantastic variety of machines and equipment. Staff are incredibly friendly and always make you feel welcome when you walk in the door. The other members are respectful and encouraging, not intimidating at all. It genuinely feels like a community. It’s a clean, safe, and positive environment that makes working out something I actually look forward to!

I’ve been here for a year now and it has been the best decision I have ever made. The welcoming and encouraging community combined with challenging workouts have me always coming back for more. The online leaderboards make the WOD’s even more fun and competitive. The coaches are friendly and supportive and will always help you and give you pointers on how to improve. I hope to be at CrossFit muscleyard for many years to come and I hope to continue to improve and get even fitter.
