First boat purchaser here. My wife and I moved to SWFL a few weeks back. Leading up to this I’ve refreshed the boat trader page, maybe 100 times a day, for months… I was pretty nervous to make the investment, but we knew we wanted a boat. Heck we bought a house 5 minutes from the river with a great dock for this. Long story short, several strange interactions later I was fed up with dealing with private dealers, boat brokers who kind of ghosted a ton during the sales process and etc.. I went to fish tale, met with Max, and he made the process smooth. Super knowledgeable and sales guy to sales guy I appreciated his approach. Even after the boat was delivered he came by later in the day just to make sure we were good and had everything we need. We plan to live here for a long time and plan on many boat upgrades in the future. There’s only one place we are going, that’s fish tale and there’s only one guy I’m dealing with and that’s Max. Once again, Josh came thru !!! I had an issue with my boat trailer jack. It was free wheeling. It wouldn’t go up or down. I called Josh and explained to him the issue at hand and sent him a video. Without hesitation, he was able to order a new one and replace it within a couple of days. Thanks again Josh ! If you are at Fishtale shopping for anything, I highly recommend Josh Chaney!
