I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Timmer! I have been suffering with back pain for quite some time. I had an MRI done. I had serious neck pain for 3 weeks (so painful I couldn't sleep at night) wrongfully thinking it would resolve on its own. I had a fall in October and was unable to put weight on my left leg for almost 5 weeks. After the leg injury healed, I continued to have pain in my right hip, ankle, and lower back. I decided to try chiropractic care as I figured my fall resulted in more injury than just the leg. After one visit with Chris, I felt renewed when I awoke the following day. It allowed me to get back to my normal activities and exercise. I realize one visit doesn’t take care of everything but that first visit made such a huge difference in how my body felt.

After that treatment we both starting attending as I suffer from a bad lower back due to a blown disc in 2007. Due to major back surgery resulting in a fused lower spine in 2000, I was afraid to see a DO even though my pain was often unbearable. I met Dr Spiess about 13 years ago. His ability to adjust and his knowledge of the healing process has been amazing. Due to my neuropathy, I doubt that I would be able walk except for his knowledge and treatments.Dr Spiess is a man of integrity and deserving of utmost confidence from his patients.
