You never want to need a tow at 2 AM, but when my son ran his car off the road and needed assistance late one night last week, Joe @ Moorman's Towing showed up promptly upon request, quickly assessed the situation, and professionally and politely gave us our options (including risks involved). He got our vehicle back up on the road and patiently waited until we collected all of my son's belongings out of the wrecked vehicle. Joe was awesome. He took great care of the situation. I honestly wasn't expecting such great service ... and I certainly would call Moorman's Towing if in need ever again. Thanks Joe!

The driver from AAA had the same truck and equipment as the Moorman's driver but refused to pull my suv out of the ditch. Your driver had me out and on the road in less than 10 minutes! Top notch service.

Excellent service and help. I'm so extremely grateful for the help. As an essential personnel I tried to get to work and got stuck in deep snow. I called for towing help and was told the wait would likely be 60-90 minutes, but the tow truck arrived after about 20 minutes, maybe less. I've never been stuck in the snow before and it truly could've been a dire situation. Thank you so much for the help. Beyond grateful!!
