I started out 300lb when I joined the six week challenge. I am now going on my 3rd week as a full time member at 273lb. The variety of workouts is amazing the environment and music is motivating and the instructors really make you feel like family. Very knowledgeable and trained to notice your needs and best workouts for your body type and ability. I am type 2 and a retired vet. My A1c has dropped 3 points and I am doing exercises I never thought I would ever do again. Not saying it's the Miricale cure but I would defiantly recommend this gym to anyone!! I am able to play with my kids again without pain and my wife is enjoying the benefits' also "TMI", I know but I am really excited about the new healthier !!!

2 weeks in, 3 sessions a week. After first day I was spent. Very sore the next day. I was feeling it. Body recovered slow first week. Darius sent me a meal plan that fits my fitness goals. I should of followed it the 1st week. Second week, I'm rolling. Body recovery was much faster. Training allows me to feel and see results immediately. Darius ensures your technique is on point and tailors your weights specifically for you. Awesome guy, and you can tell that he really knows his ish. Superb music choices keeps ya amped. Work out groups are very welcoming and motivating. I was hesitatant to review because I don't want 500 people in my new spot- but i have to be selfless. So yeah, your welcome.

I love insane fitness, and Darrius is an absolutely amazing coach. He really cares about his clients, and if you have an issue in your life, he will help you get the help you need.The whole team is. It's like one big family. The atmosphere is very encouraging. I absolutely love boxing, it has become my favorite. You can have a personal trainer, or have group training. There is plenty of groups, and plenty of times to fit in your busy schedules. You have to start somewhere, and this is a great time, and a great place to start. Kim
