I used to love coming here, but unfortunately, I won't be coming here anymore. My sister and I went here to get our nails done for my birthday and this girl named Lisa who helped me was very pushy, rude, and disrespectful to me and she had a really bad attitude. She kept insisting that I get gel and foot scrub, I kept saying no thank you, and she kept asking me. She was getting mad at me for not saying yes to her offers. I told her i just wanted a basic pedi-mani. She was also not doing what I was requesting with color and other services. She cut me on one of my little right foot toes and made me bleed. Towards the end I told her that I just wanted to leave already because she made me feel so uncomfortable. I didn't even allow her to finish, because towards the end it seemed like she was purposely making me wait for like 20 minutes long or longer, while she and another coworker were laughing with merks on their faces, and looking at magazines. So I told her I was leaving. I let the front receptionist know before we left, and someone texted me to apologize. I accepted the apology of course, but I rather not go there again.

I am so disappointed and I’ve rarely had such a bad experience with gel. They’re cracking at one week and I don’t use my hands for work. The person working with me kept trying to push more services as they started to do them. So you have to be careful to say no before they can get too far. There will be no hand massage (I’m talking the normal 20-40 second one) with a gel manicure here-everything will be nickel and dimed AND you will still spend $50 for the service (if you still feel the need to tip, which I can’t not do). Please choose another salon-you have options.

I'm used to going to their San Bernardino salon since I didn't know they also had a Redlands location. But now that I am aware that they are closer to me I'll be sure to come back! Very kind ladies especially Lynn. I got the regular pedicure which is $35. Then I did gel polish +$10 and french tip +$10. Everything is so expensive so the prices didn't seem too high for me.

Had the illuminare polish done NYE. Went back a few wks later to get them off. Someone else did my pedicure but Andy 1 did my mani with no polish. Now I'm dealing with a fungal infection on all my fingernails which has been a nightmare. His tools were probably contaminated. I have since gotten a pedi from somewhere else and my toes are fine so I know it's Andy 1. Don't trust this salon anymore. Not hygienic.

My poor cuticles are on fire!I’ve been to this location before and had a great experience but this time the technician who serviced me was so aggressive with my nails and cuticles. Picture for reference on how he left my poor cuticles.I won’t be coming back after this.UPDATE: The owner did call me after I posted this review to address what had happened, which I appreciated. We agreed that addressing it with his technician and better training was the best and only solution at that time as the damage to my cuticles was already done. I was also offered $20 for my next visit if I decided to go back.

I love this place and the people that work there. I go twice a mth for fill from star and their coffee pedi from Michelle 2..It has taken me years to find a decent place.. I recommend this to everyone. Star is absolutely amazing and i get so many compliments..I see people complaining. If u do not like it or the price go somewhere else and let those who do enjoy them enjoy their time there. We will continue to go there as long as they are in business!!

I’ve been coming here for a while and generally like the work, but the pricing has gotten out of hand. When you really look at it, it’s diabolical. There’s only a $3 difference between a full set and a fill, constant upcharges for everything, $20 for a basic French, and $10 extra for “long nails” that are honestly medium at best. Nothing is clearly broken down, so you don’t realize how much you’re being charged until the end. I recommend breaking down the prices before you sit down—because once you do, I’m sure you’ll be surprised.

I would just like to say thank you to Andy 2 for taking the time fixing my nails when the initial nail tech didn’t do as well as I’d imagined! He made up for it reshaped and cleaned up cuticles nicely! Thanks Andy I would recommend going to him always! 🩷⭐️

As much as I like the techs here. The management is horrible. I have made appointments on several occasions and not been helped within 5-10 minutes of that appointment. What’s the point of making an appointment if they are not going to help you. They do not care about you or your time!! If you have hours to waste try them, if not find a place that appreciates you as a customer and respect la appointment times. In addition they are too expensive to not be better!!!

I’ve been seeing Linn for my pedicures and she consistently does an amazing job. She’s gentle, takes her time, and pays attention to every detail. She’s professional, friendly, and always tries her best to accommodate my schedule. My toes always look perfect when I leave. Highly recommended!

Did a terrible job on my nails 🥲 and I was being nice and they were rude towards me once they realize I didn’t like my nails. I even filed them myself bc the lady didn’t know how to shape them how I wanted them. And the price for them are not worth it I still tip on top of the terrible job they did and how they treated me. Waste of my free time 🙃

Amazing I was very impressed and very happy with my service from everyone at the nail salon it felt like it was a family the energy was amazing and having epilepsy and a brain tumor I felt comfortable and relaxed. I found my new nail tech he was so nice, he fixed my toe from when I had a seizure and it broke 🥲 and my feet look amazing I’m so happy can’t wait for my next appointment ☺️ this is definitely the nail salon to go to

I will not return here. Got a pedicure just for it to chip less than a week from getting it (basically 2 days from getting my pedicure) and when I went back to get it fixed, they told me that they fix for free when it’s 5 days later but I was 6 days later so they would have to charge me to fix it. Your pedicure should last at least two weeks so why is that even a policy? Yeah… definitely not returning back here.
