These guys are the real deal, they know how to recognize talent. I had been a killer sales shark for years, started my own business then needed to get back into sales. I was taking several interviews every week. the offers were either bs companies that have no processes in place, delusional companies looking for a unicorn in the zoo, or anti DEI bastards that only want to hire Chad or Brad.
