I joined High Five Fitness two short years ago after being at another Crossfit gym for about 1 year. The gym, the coaches, the athletes and the level method Crossfit program are simply the best around! I look forward to going to the gym every day I can. I can't recommend them enough! I had wanted to give Crossfit a try for sometime, however, I was intimidated and kept putting it off. A month ago I finally committed, signed up, and couldn't be happier. Everyone is supportive and encouraging, making it a truly awesome place to be.

I came with my friend while I was visiting her on vacation and had a fantastic early morning workout! Everyone was welcoming and encouraging (so early in the morning, haha!). So grateful to have gotten a good workout in while away from home!

Drove 45 mins just to drop in to try another gym to see what i can learn. It was a awesome family like atmosphere. Coach Nate encouraged me to stay for another workout which i galdy accepted. Can't wait to drop in again.
