I have been attending High Five Fitness for Crossfit for about a month. I have found the gym to be very accessible. The coaches are knowledgeable and very encouraging - even providing personal advice in the group courses. The program adapts to your individual strength and skill level. The student strengths and ages are spread across a wide range so you should not feel any intimidation. If you want to improve the quality of the last 10 years of your life, get in to High Five and get in shape.

5/5Full transparency- when my wife and I talked about the price for this, we kept saying "wow that is alot for a gym, but let's just give it a shot and see how it goes." And I repeatedly have found myself thinking this is worth literally every penny, especially with all the extra things the coaches are doing. Plus all the different systems & support you provide.The process of doing the kickstarter then going into the classes makes things a lot less intimidating. I do not think I would've been comfortable without that.+ the community / culture at hf is fantastic. I did not expect to care very much about that lol, but it makes a big difference to have so many supportive ppl around.Really glad I made the choice to do this.

Absolutely love this gym. Everyone is friendly and it is a very inclusive and non-judgmental environment. The classes make working out fun and are run by great, competent coaches. 100% recommend.

High five fitness has exceeded all my expectations. If you don't feel motivated, if you don't think you can do it if you'd rather not be up in the morning at these hours or after a workday, the coaches and the other participants will motivate you and push you forward and make it all worth it.
