I was having an issue with my iPad when it wouldn’t charge fully only reaching 20%. I took my iPad in to their shop thinking I needed a new charging port but they quickly ran a feee diagnostic and determined that it needed a new battery. They ordered the part on the spot and swapped the battery with a quick turnaround. I got my repaired iPad within a few days good as new! The only other alternative was buying a new iPad because Apple and geek squad doesn’t repair hardware on the iPads. These guys saved me some money and for a good price. Could not be more impressed with EP Electrocenter! The service was fast, reliable, friendly. I broke the screen on my son’s iPad on a Saturday afternoon and frantically searched for a repair shop near me. EP Electrocenter was open until 8pm. They promptly gave me a reasonable quote and informed me they would receive the replacement screen on Tuesday. Sure enough, three days later on Tuesday morning as soon as they opened, I received a call informing me the replacement part was there and I could take the device in.
