Before going to Casey at the House my body was literally falling apart. I had gotten an umbilical hernia right before I decided to switch to the House of Power. Casey had a lot of knowledge about my situation and actually helped me deal with the hernia for a while before I decided to just get surgery on it. Going to the House exposed a lot of imbalances in my body and Casey has helped me in every single way possible. He has gotten me leaner, faster, stronger, and my body is way more structurally sound. He also has great knowledge about baseball which is great because thats the sport I play and he even helps me with my swing from time to time when I'm having trouble at the plate. Before going to the House my 60 yard dash was 7.1 seconds. I've been working out at the House for about 8 months and my 60 time is now 6.7 seconds! With all the help Casey has given me I am now going to Indiana to play baseball at Butler University on an athletic scholarship. The House of Power is a great place to train at if you're looking to get to the next level of your specific sport or if you're just looking to get in the best shape of your life!
