**AVOID THIS COMPANY** Monarchy's about to hit bankrupt. They're picking up any type of work they can get their hands on despite their qualifications & employing absolutely anyone to get the job done. I was hired early July under a false representation as an experienced shingler & put on a crew of guys who had zero experience or knowledge. Monarchy still hasn't paid me my days pay
