We recently had our roof repaired and completely redone on our 30-year-old home, and I cannot say enough about the service we received from Monarchy, particularly Joey.From start to finish, Joey provided exceptional customer service, communication, and professionalism. He kept us regularly updated throughout the entire project, both by phone and email, and even followed up after hours to make sure everything was going smoothly.His team was equally impressive. They were on the roof by 7:30 a.m. and often worked until 6–7 p.m. We have a large home with a complicated roof, including cathedral ceilings, and what would likely have taken most teams 8–10 days was completed by Joey and his team in just five days.Joey and his team truly went above and beyond for our home. Their dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to getting the job done right were evident throughout the entire process.I am so grateful that we had the opportunity to work with Monarchy and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company.
