Jesse and his team at Top Rank Customs in El Paso are the real deal. We first came in to wrap our Tesla Model Y and they nailed it. The wrap was perfect, they listened to exactly what we wanted, and they kept us up to date with the progress.About a week later, while we were on vacation, a drunk driver hit our Tesla and two other cars. We brought it straight back to Top Rank. They took their time, fixed everything the right way, and returned the car looking like it never happened, back to originalform. They also knew the insurance process inside and out and handled the claim for us so we didn’t have to fight it ourselves.We’re now having our second car touched up at their shop. That’s how much we trust them.Highly recommend Jesse and Top Rank Customs. Professional, knowledgeable, and they actually care about the work and the customer. Jesse- the owner/manger was able to work with my large deductible and still use factory original OEM parts on our Lexus… the paint quality is also factory looking- a perfect match/blend!… I found him by searching in Google and he was the only shop with a perfect FIVE STAR RATING!- now I know why….

Best service hands down! I had such a great experience with Top Rank Customs. They really made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. They stayed on top of everything, worked fast, and kept me updated the entire time, which I really appreciated.From letting me know when my parts were delivered, to getting my car painted, and even detailing it before I got it back.. they went above and beyond! It’s hard to find a shop that communicates this well and actually makes you feel like your car is in good hands.I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out.
