Top Rank Customs exceeded my expectations, and that's not easy to do. My wife’s Tesla was hit in the parking lot at work and sustained rear end damage requiring the replacement of the hatch, proximity sensors, rear lower fascia, reflectors, taillight, and rework of the bumper. My wife and I had never worked with a Body Shop previously, and her Tesla is her pride and joy, so when I was looking for options for qualified Tesla body shops in El Paso and I wanted the best...and then I met Jesse. I knew the car was going to Top Rank Customs. Jesse helped us through the insurance claim, handled the insurance supplements, and made the experience awesome for us! The Tesla looked amazing when Jesse was done. The Tesla Candy Apple Red is a tough color to color match--it was perfect!! Just like it was delivered when new…and it's amazing the shop was able to handle all the electronics in the hatch, lighting, latches, cameras…etc. I can’t say enough of how awesome Top Rank Customs is. I hope we never need to go the body shop again, but if we do or if we need to make a recommendation, we’re going to see Jesse at Top Rank Customs without hesitation. Great work Jesse! Thank you!!

Knowing the paint job would be tricky with my car, I couldn’t be happier I trusted Jesse and his team as they did such a pristine and flawless job. They went above and beyond with the repair, and you can truly tell they take pride in their work. Not only did they bring the dent back to a perfect condition but they also touched up on all the blemishes like rock chips! They were very professional, friendly, and communicative throughout the entire process. The attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love the work Top Rank did on my black truck. The paint is flawless, and from how damaged it was before, they made it look like it was never even in an accident.
