This review is long overdue because I’ve taken 3 vehicles to Top Rank and each and every time they have taken exceptional care and provided outstanding service. Jesse and his team are thorough And experts in the field. They have found and corrected existing damages from previous repair shops that had not been repaired correctly or were completely ignored or overlooked. Their attention to detail is unmatched and they are true professionals. Jesse worked closely with my insurance company and was able to get the vehicles out in the expected timeframe. I had no worries or doubts while they repaired the vehicle because Jesse communicated the progress multiple times during the repair. Outstanding customer service!! I would encourage everyone to steer clear of the shops that the insurance companies push you towards and stop by this professional business and receive the same attention to detail and professionalism that I have received.
