Donovan at CrossFit 3 Rings was outstanding. He stepped up on short notice to run a military team training session, completely rearranged his schedule to make it work for us, and did it all with an awesome attitude. The workout itself was excellent—challenging, well-run, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend!

Absolutely outstanding CrossFit class today with Donovan at the Dallas Circus Center! 💪🇺🇸His energy, coaching, and motivation were second to none.
