CrossFit 3 rings was a great experience. Derrill was a fantastic coach who was very knowledgeable and willing to help whenever he saw fit. I became more motivated and productive after these classes as it really helped my mental health. Also having a coach who valued good form before adding more weight helped a lot too, as I was a beginner and didn’t want to hurt myself. On top of that, it s pretty cool working out in a circus tent, and the afternoons usually have acrobat training alongside our CrossFit class. It was a very fun and unique experience.

What a great small CrossFit box inside Circus Dallas. Whoever built out the CrossFit corner knew exactly what they were doing. While it’s not a big space, it has everything a Crossfit box needs. And it’s all clean and in good condition. I will be back!
