I've gone to a Crossfit gym for about 18 months. On vacation in Florida, we decided to drop in at R3 Crossfit. We were glad we did. The workout was great, the coach was knowledgeable and everyone was friendly. We felt right at home!

I came to Cape Canaveral for an extended work assignment & signed up with R3CF out of curiosity and thought it would be a good place to meet new people in the area. Every member/coach makes you feel immediately welcome and supported. I highly recommend to anyone no matter what your current fitness level is, R3CF will not disappoint. Dropped in for a workout while visiting family. Awesome overall experience - excellent coaching and a great community. The coaching was very dialed in for each person, which was great. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area.

Easy to join with a family atmosphere and great coaches. I needed a change in my fitness routine and Route 3 provided even more. Highly recommend!
