I usually wait until after services are rendered to leave a review, but really need to get share how unexpectedly great things went with the first contact!I just called to schedule an estimate for carpenter bees. We’re looking to switch pest control companies next month and figure this is a good time to trial. To my utter dismay, I got an automated system, instead of a real person. I know I’m not the only one who eye-rolls with the anticipated frustration of struggling through automated systems… I need to speak to a real person and get all the info! Needless to say, I was hesitant to use the automated system that answered, but it was, surprisingly, very helpful and convenient! We need to get this system over to other businesses and make my life THIS easy all the time! In that 3 minute call; I confirmed they do treat for Carpenter bees, I have all their pricing information (very competitive) AND I’m scheduled for the next business day for a free estimate! I would’ve also been able to schedule my first treatment! 🤯 I can rarely get accurate information from an actual person at Back Bay, who tells me I should invest in citronella candles and torches while I’m on their most expensive pest and mosquito contract!I am really looking forward to how things go with Precision, as I have high hopes on everything else being this seamless and productive!Will update review with those details soon!
