My condo balcony started leaking in my neighbor’s garage. I called and two technicians arrived the next morning, right on time. They found the problem and resolved it. They replaced part of my sheetrock by the drain to ensure it would be untouched when the rest of the balcony is fixed. The next day my neighbor detected a small leak. The tech came out right away and tarped my balcony until I can get it fixed when the rain stops for a couple of days. Affordable plumbing received my call regarding a water leak under a kitchen cabinet Monday night & the next day arrived right on time & within 2 hours located leak in the attic & had it fixed.
