I have to say that Jerrys customer service was top notch fixing and cleaning my fireplace. He added gold crystals to add to the abiance of the fire. He explainded benefits and functions that were not ecplained after buying my fireplace 20 years ago. Put in a remote and explained how to use it. Went over and beyond every little detail.
