I started with Irwin fitness July 2023, doing some one on one sessions as exercise groups have always intimidated me. From day one, I was impressed with the health, nutrition and exercise knowledge of both Chris and Shannon. I joined a group session in January 2024, and it is the best decision I’ve made in regards to my health. My cholesterol is down, my weight has dropped and my strength, endurance and confidence have greatly improved . I feel so much better overall and I look forward to my classes each week. Whether it’s Chris, Shannon or Patrick ( he’s also amazing) , you can’t go wrong! They encourage, motivate and are always there to tweak or modify so we stay injury free, which is why small classes work well. Each session brings something new, so it’s never dull. We have a great group of people in each class, we cheer each other on, work hard, but still manage to laugh a lot. Give it a try, it’s really worth it!
