I dropped in at CrossFit Elect while in the Atlanta area for work. A solid facility. The community was super welcoming, and the coach who taught my chosen class was friendly. He also made the rounds throughout the class to ensure that everyone was using proper form and that their chosen movements worked throughout the entire session.Unfortunately, lightning disrupted my work schedule, so I was only able to attend one of the three planned classes. But I will return to CrossFit Elect next February when I'm back in the area.

I’ve completed my second week of doing cross fit and I’ll admit it was challenging. Haven’t been to the gym in over two years and joining my first CrossFit gym. learning how to do my first snatches, jerks, cleans and etc. hoping to see how capable I can be in a few months as long as I show up everyday.

I just started at CrossFit Elect. I was nervous about beginning this journey; however, the owner, Pat, was very positive and encouraging. When I finally took my first class, I experienced a great sense of acceptance and positive energy from all of its members. The coaches were kind and helpful. They met me where I am and want to see me reach my future goals. I would recommend to any others to try the gym out and see for yourself how amazing this community is.

Just recently joined the gym but from the second I stepped inside felt welcomed into the CrossFit community. Patrick is such excellent coach with such a friendly presence to have as the owner of CrossFit elect. His motivation and sense of community pushes you to be a better version of yourself. Before joining, I felt self-conscious about how much weight I gained and how much out of shape I've become. And although the exercising can be tasking, the coaches there are extremely supportive and help me feel confident. Patrick and Wade do an amazing job of that, and it feels like family in there. Each workout has me dripping sweat and second guessing my decisions. 😅 but for some reason, I continue to come back.

This is hands-down the best Crossfit experience I've had. This is my 7th Crossfit gym since 2014, and the coaches here are awesome. They care about form over heavy numbers. They help modify movements based on my current abilities. They are professional and supportive, and we have fun too! Additionally, CrossFit gyms often lack diversity, but this gym is folks of many races, all ages, and various abilities.

I don’t know where to start. If I could give 10 stars I would. From the atmosphere, to the quality/clean equipment, class times, personalized needs (if needed) in all the classes, and then there are the amazing coaches, who are there to push you, help you, and teach you. This is the most welcoming CrossFit gym I have ever been to and they are now a part of my community, or rather I am a part of theirs.
