CrossFit Zenith with Amelia has been a great fit for me—she has a sense of humour with good tips and reasonable adjustments that still push improvement. The coaching is a solid 5. The schedule is fairly convenient, it’s very easy for beginners to get started here. If you need a class and want to join a community, would recommend.

I’ve been a member of CrossFit Zenith for about a year and a half, and I can honestly say it’s an incredible place to be.The coaching is exceptional, the trainers are fantastic role models, and the gym space and equipment are always well maintained. The programming is thoughtfully designed and consistently keeps things challenging, engaging, and rewarding.But what really sets CrossFit Zenith apart is everything beyond the workouts. The motivational videos and emails, Open teams and extra point incentives, milestone T-shirts, stickers, and all the little touches show just how much the team genuinely cares about its members.They all go above and beyond, and they've built something truly special.I’m so happy and grateful to be part of this community.Thank you for everything you do. Zenith is a frendly welcoming place for anyone looking to challenge themselves. Classes are carefully guided, and every workout can be modified to how your body can move. Just let one of the coaches know! Be prepared to have your form corrected, squat lower than ever and challenge yourself too. It is a real community.

I had my first CrossFit class today and I’m genuinely impressed! The coach was absolutely amazing — professional, supportive, and motivating from start to finish. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, and everyone in the group was so friendly and encouraging.I really appreciated how much attention was given to every athlete, no matter their level of experience. You can truly feel the passion, energy, and sense of community in this place.I left the class feeling inspired, stronger, and excited to come back. I’ll definitely be recommending this gym to my friends. Thank you for such a fantastic first experience!

I’ve been training at CrossFit Zenith for a while now and it’s honestly become such an important part of my routine. The coaches genuinely care and take the time to help you improve, and the community makes it easy to stay consistent. I also love that there’s support from Dana the in-house nutritionist if you want that extra guidance—it really ties everything together. I’ve felt stronger, fitter, and more confident since starting here. So glad I found this place!

Great community. Drop in’s treated like locals, best Rogue equipment through out gym, staff are informative and great. Good to see coaches do the workouts in class too and challenge themselves like members.

Nath and his team run a fantastic CrossFit gym. The facility is amazing, coaching very professional and they also bring a lot of fun which adds to the inclusive community. I have been to many other CrossFit boxes around Aus and overseas and this is by far my favourite.

I’ve done classes at various gyms over the last 15 years. Nathan is the best instructor I’ve had. Knows the technical stuff and what loads to give different people for them to successfully do more than they otherwise would and could.
