Let me start by saying my husband and I have never left our dog with someone other than family or friends in the seven years we have had him. The week of our family vacation our arrangements fell through. Members of a local Facebook group recommended WoofPack. I inquired and Steve (the owner) reached out and was very prompt. He was extremely thorough in explaining things and took time to answer all of my questions. We scheduled a meet and greet with Steve and our sitter, Kayleigh. Our dog took to both of them very quickly and they said he would be perfectly fine over the weekend. While we were gone, the reports we received via the app from Kayleigh were AMAZING! Each one was very detailed and included many pictures. We were very comfortable with Kayleigh staying in our home. Unfortunately our AC stopped working the night before we returned home. Kayleigh left us a very detailed note in the report, and immediately upon seeing the message in the morning we responded. Steve called us within 5-10 minutes. They both helped us get our dog to his local doggy daycare so our apartment maintenance could come in and out freely to address the issue. Their assistance with this was above and beyond, and helped ensure the safety of our dog on a very hot day. We will definitely be using WoofPack in the future and I highly recommend to those considering overnight pet sitting services! Less

We have two rescue fur babies - 3.5 yr hound mix who enjoys challenging boundaries and 6.5 yr lab mix with food allergies & daily medications. I enthusiastically and whole heartedly recommend Steve and his team. In the past with other services, we've had some poor experiences resulting in vet visits to more common post-stay behavioral issues. With in-home drop-in visits and the expertise of WoofPack our mind is finally at ease when we're away. They communicate clearly, take fantastic care of the doggos, were helpful, kind, caring and considerate. After every visit we get a report card of what business they took cafe of, plenty of photos, and an overall status update of the pups. We've used WoofPack twice now and can only imagine using them moving forward. When we return of course our dogs are happy we're home, but it's clear they're not as emotionally taxed and no behavioral issues. Their schedule is maintained and we just resume our normal program when we get back. The peace of mind while away is indescribable. This is the first trip in years that we truly emotionally trusted and knew they were well taken care of and loved when we couldn't be there. Less

We recently started using WoofPack and I’m so glad we did! The way they take their time to know and introduce themselves to the pets is amazing! Your pet is always number one in their books, and they make sure you feel comfortable as well. We have a sweet 5.5 year old pup who has been a little stressed lately from moving, so transferring to in-home “boarding” was the decision for us.
