When they came to visit, our cat liked them right away and he can be skittish sometimes around new people. While we were on vacation, we looked forward to each of the updates. They were very detailed with pictures and some videos. It gave us so much peace of mind seeing how happy he was and that he wasn't so lonely. This is the first time we used their services and it was also the first time in years that I was not worried about our sweet kitty while we were away from home. WoofPack Pet Care is the best!! I hate leaving my golden doodle and golden retriever and I felt so much better leaving them in the hands of Steve and Kayleigh! My doggies felt so much more comfortable at home with their care and it was nice to get all their updates with tons of pictures! They made sure to take care of every need, like watching my one dog eat to make sure the other didn't eat their food etc. and seem very experienced at what they do. My golden gets a bit temperamental around other dogs in my apartment complex and they knew exactly what to do and avoided all other dogs. Their app is super easy to use as well. Super easy to schedule, loved that they do a complementary visit to meet the dogs and see what they would need to do. I also did a test run with them with a walk and my dogs loved it! As a former dog walker myself, I am thoroughly impressed with WoofPack Pet Care. They are communicative, professional and truly meet each pet's needs individually. Since I have a Shiba Inu who is very leery of people, I wanted a regular dog walker that she could get to know and trust. I did not want a different person every time I scheduled a walk. I also wanted a company that treats its dog walkers well so that there is little turnover.
