Steve did a great job. First time we used WoofPack and won’t be the last. Have two small dogs one who loves everyone and one who is standoffish. Took only one visit for him to warm up to Steve and I believe Steve is his new friend. Communication was great and service was better than advertised. Since this was the first time with WoofPack I was a bit apprehensive but after the first visit and the great communication then coming home to two happy pups we could not have been happier. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the great service.

Appreciated the care, attention, and pictures of our special fur-baby when he was visited in our home and walked when we were away on vacation. He was happy and well when we got home, and we saw that he was well taken care of throughout our trip. 👍👍

WoofPak provided loving, dependable, ontime care for my Mom's dog ...3 times a day for an entire year!!! They never missed a walk.... Even in bad weather.I was also very pleased with their patient caring interactions with my Mom who has dementia. They're support for Mom's dog evolved into gently ensuring Mom gave the dog correct portions only at the correct feeding times.I also loved receiving reports after every walk of how the visit with the dog and my Mom went.I highly recommend Steve and his team to care for your dog. I use Woofpack for overnight and visits. They provide excellent care and reports with pictures and notes. Austin is amazing and doesnt just feed and care, he treats and interacts with each of my 3 girls in their own way. Steve and Austin took the time to learn about each of them and the dogs love it. We used WoofPack Pet Care to take our dog out during the work day for the past few weeks. The owner, Steve, is extremely thorough, professional, communicative, and friendly! We love how easy it is to schedule, pay, and message with Steve and the walkers on their app. Also, the daily reports and photos our walker, Christopher, sends us after each visit are amazing! This is definitely one of the most reliable pet walking service we have ever used!

WoofPack Pet Care is the best!! I get anxious leaving my golden doodle and golden retriever and I felt so much better leaving them in the hands of Steve and his team - Ashely and Aiden! My doggies felt so much more comfortable at home with their care and it was nice to get all their updates with tons of pictures! They make sure to take care of every little detail, like watching my one dog eat to make sure the other didn't eat their food etc. and seem very experienced at what they do. They even wash the dog bowls! My golden gets a bit temperamental around other dogs in my apartment complex and they knew exactly what to do and avoided all other dogs. Their app is super user friendly making it very easy to put in a request to schedule. I loved that they do a complementary visit to meet the dogs and see what they would need to do. They also offer dog walks which is great for when you are going to be gone for most of the day! I have left my dogs with them for over a week multiple times and for weekends over the past 2 years and I have never felt worried about my dogs while away knowing they are in such good care. I am so sad to be moving away, my dogs will miss everyone at WoofPack so much!

Let me start by saying my husband and I have never left our dog with someone other than family or friends in the seven years we have had him. The week of our family vacation our arrangements fell through. Members of a local Facebook group recommended WoofPack. I inquired and Steve (the owner) reached out and was very prompt. He was extremely thorough in explaining things and took time to answer all of my questions. We scheduled a meet and greet with Steve and our sitter, Kayleigh. Our dog took to both of them very quickly and they said he would be perfectly fine over the weekend. While we were gone, the reports we received via the app from Kayleigh were AMAZING! Each one was very detailed and included many pictures. We were very comfortable with Kayleigh staying in our home. Unfortunately our AC stopped working the night before we returned home. Kayleigh left us a very detailed note in the report, and immediately upon seeing the message in the morning we responded. Steve called us within 5-10 minutes. They both helped us get our dog to his local doggy daycare so our apartment maintenance could come in and out freely to address the issue. Their assistance with this was above and beyond, and helped ensure the safety of our dog on a very hot day. We will definitely be using WoofPack in the future and I highly recommend to those considering overnight pet sitting services!

We have two rescue fur babies - 3.5 yr hound mix who enjoys challenging boundaries and 6.5 yr lab mix with food allergies & daily medications. I enthusiastically and whole heartedly recommend Steve and his team. In the past with other services, we've had some poor experiences resulting in vet visits to more common post-stay behavioral issues. With in-home drop-in visits and the expertise of WoofPack our mind is finally at ease when we're away. They communicate clearly, take fantastic care of the doggos, were helpful, kind, caring and considerate. After every visit we get a report card of what business they took cafe of, plenty of photos, and an overall status update of the pups. We've used WoofPack twice now and can only imagine using them moving forward. When we return of course our dogs are happy we're home, but it's clear they're not as emotionally taxed and no behavioral issues. Their schedule is maintained and we just resume our normal program when we get back. The peace of mind while away is indescribable. This is the first trip in years that we truly emotionally trusted and knew they were well taken care of and loved when we couldn't be there.

Woofpack has taken incredible care of our corgi for the past 3 years! Every walker on the team has proven to be highly flexible, accommodating, compassionate, and easy to communicate with. We cannot recommend Woofpack enough!!

We recently started using WoofPack and I’m so glad we did! The way they take their time to know and introduce themselves to the pets is amazing! Your pet is always number one in their books, and they make sure you feel comfortable as well. We have a sweet 5.5 year old pup who has been a little stressed lately from moving, so transferring to in-home “boarding” was the decision for us. I never felt he wasn’t loved on while we were away and getting pictures every visit is always a plus!

absolutely love them! I am an RN and my boyfriend is a PT so between us we work 12 and 10 hour shifts. it was hard moving from another state and finding a reliable and affordable service that could walk the the frequency that we needed. Also as a nurse my schdule is never the same and I can be put on call and pick up extra shifts. They have been incredibly reliable and really flexible. Their prices are affordable in my opinion for someone who want excellent care while also on a budget. I have a Siberian husky who is 1 currently and a 9 year old golden chow mix. For perspective a high energy dog and also my other dog can be reactive around other dogs. The latter was never an issue for their experienced and patient handlers they have hired. I've also used them while going out for both a weekend and 2 week long vacation. Was never concerned about my dog or homes safety while away. I'm someone that's been through many rover clients and personal hires. I'd also been turned down by other local services because my dogs use prong collars and at the frequency of visits I ask for because of my long work shifts. So very happy with them! and feel confident to recommend them to anyone!
