I've dealt with a few hearing centers and this is my best experience yet. Dr. Laura, Jay, and Mattia are not only personable but very helpful, competent, and technologically proficient. This is so important since hearing aids have become so dependent on technology to improve the hearing experience. They've paired my hearing aids to the app, made tweaks to suit my hearing ability, and taught me how to work my way around the app. They helped me select the best aids for me and I couldn't be any happier with them. Hearing is just too important to not get the best help available and you will find that here.

You asked for an update after my appointment. It took me about a week to adjust to the adjustments made to my hearing aids, which made them louder in my ears. However, I could hear better in conversation, especially with my son-in-law, and watching TV. I will be in Michigan in the late fall and will make an appointment with you for checking these adjustment and possibly making further adjustments. Thank you.

Laura is very professional and empathetic. I had a hearing aid that stopped working that I had not purchased through her office. She was very helpful and returned my aid to Oticon for service. She confirmed it was under warranty. Great Lakes is now my hearing aid provider! I highly recommend them over other providers in Rochester.

I needed help with my hearing aids. They needed new batteries. Everyone at Great Lakes Hearing Care is very nice and was helpful with my situation. After my complimentary hearing test with Laura we discussed the options. Replacement rechargeable batteries was the best option considering my finances. Jay was very helpful and put in the batteries right then and there so I didn't have to be without hearing. Everyone there is great! They have compassion and understanding at Great Lakes Hearing Care. Highly recommend this business.
