Every one is so kind and attentive, from the receptionist to the Doctors.they are very professional and take the time to make sure that every thing is right with your hearing aids before you leave. Jay helped correct the issue with the non- working HA. One thing I forgot to mention is that my iphone has poor quality sound thru my HA. People I’m speaking with said the quality was poor.

Just did a checkup to see how the new hearing aids were working. Ben was great. Tried to change settings to help null the tinnitus with not much luck. I'll have to come back to work on that.
