Amazing "service after the sale". They understand the complexities of hearing aids and are able to "fix the problem" if the hearing aid isn't working properly. Went back to Great Lakes today for a hearing test and a hearing aid adjustment. Dr. Laura is so efficient and friendly and really knows her stuff.

The team at Great Lakes Hearing care is excellent and great to work with. I love my Phonak hearing aids.I recently attended my 50th high school reunion. It was a large hall with about 200 people and a DJ. I used the Restaurant setting and was able hear conversations without any issues. Even my wife remarked that I did not say "What? I can't hear you" during the entire event. That would not have been possible without the Phonak hearing aids.

The office was pleasant and clean and the staff friendly. Dr. Curious was kind and listened attentive. The 2 hearing tests were precise and She explained everything clearly so I understood my options. I felt at ease there and very comfortable. I highly recommend this practice for your hearing aids. I can't wait to get my new ones. They've made great improvements in the last 3 years since my last pair cutting back on background noise.
