We were expecting the costs and timeline to inflate due to issues or potential changes throughout the renovation, but that was not the case! We remained on budget and completed the renovation only a few days more than originally expected (and only because of delayed shipping on doors that were ordered). Everyone has stated how rare that is, especially with the caliber of work the team did. Every day the crew showed up on time, were pleasant and kind, and were receptive to any comments I had. We were so pleased with every single worker and their work ethic as they kept a tidy work area and never left for the day early or took long breaks. After completion of the project, we had one minor electrical issue, but Francisco had the electrician out within 1 day to fix it and was very apologetic for the inconvenience. While the experience completing work in our kitchen was great, it’s clear they are still working through some pain points of being a new business. We had an initial meeting to get an estimate on a larger project in early August with clear expectations on scope of work and timeline for completion (baby due in November). After receiving the estimate, we mentioned we had a few questions bc the detailed scope of work wasn’t clear. We set up time to discuss again while the kitchen project was in progress. When we did get the new estimate, the price went up significantly (over $5k) so we had more questions and requested a detailed breakdown to see how we could adjust our budget. This is not something they typically provide and took 2 weeks to receive back. On the same day of receiving this, we were informed that they would not be able to complete the project in the timeline we had originally discussed. We were not gathering quotes from other companies and were planning on moving forward once we better understood why the estimate was so off in the first places. I don’t feel as if this company valued our business enough to be upfront about things and take more ownership of errors made on their end. Had the estimate been accurate in the first place, the delay would have been a non issue. Less

They came in on a project that had already been started and very poorly executed by another contractor, so we have someone to compare them to. They showed compassion for our situation and basically had to start over with construction, while accommodating items we had already purchased and needed to incorporate as well. One or both of them checked on our project everyday, and they completed everything that was within their control in a timely manner. We could always get ahold of them when we needed, and they always responded quickly. The only issues were leftover from the previous contractor, and they made them right for us. We are so proud of our bathroom remodel and will definitely be using them again for our next project. Less
