We met with Alex at ATX Custom Remodeling and knew we had the right contractor. Alex, Shelia & Alexandra gave us guidance throughout the design process and gave us an incredible design for our renovation. We now have a dream kitchen with new cabinets and a large beautiful kitchen island, new flooring throughout our main floor, new paint on main floor along with new doors, laundry room with new cabinets, a larger pantry and an updated gorgeous powder room. Junior, Jesus and team worked hard to deliver excellent results and provided great customer service. We can’t thank you all enough for being so patient with us on this first renovation! Now we need to decide which project is next! We would highly recommend ATX Custom Remodel- 10/10!

I called Francisco to design a building for me. He asked for an advance payment, so I paid him in advance. After that, he gave me a deadline for the work, but he did not start or deliver the work on time. I called him to ask when he would do the work and provide the building design, but he did not respond. Later, he blocked me.

Several change requests were either misunderstood or required multiple follow-ups before being addressed. The project ran over the original schedule, and some finishes did not meet the quality we were initially promised, requiring rework. While the team was courteous, stronger project management and attention to detail were clearly needed. For the cost of a custom home, we expected a smoother process, better transparency, and higher craftsmanship throughout the build.

Deadlines were repeatedly missed, and communication from the builder was inconsistent and unclear. Several workmanship issues appeared after completion, including poor finishes and uneven surfaces. Concerns were not addressed promptly, and follow-up felt dismissive. For such a major investment, I expected better planning, transparency, and higher construction quality overall. Stay away from like this unsocial and unprofessional company.
