Even before our appointment Alex was really helpful on securing a date that worked for us. A day before I received a reminder with information as to what to expect on the day. I also received a reminder an hour before the appointment - what a professional and polite chap Alex is arriving on time. He explained what he would do to clean the rug, runners and sofas and then carried out the clean. So pleased with the service and the price was reasonable - we will certainly be calling on his services for the upstairs carpets in the future. A great job! Thanks Alex.

Alex arrived on time and carried out the cleaning really well without supervision. He did a very good job with cleaning the upholstery on the recliner and staining on the carpets. Overall, very happy with the end result.

Arrived on time and was very friendly and polite, did an excellent job on some very stubborn stains on our living room carpet, I was very happy with the experience and will definitely be booking again for future work
