We needed a carpet repair thanks to my daughter’s hamster shredding a hole down to the backing in a small area. Alex’s communication when booking and prior to attending was thorough and clear, on the day Alex arrived on time and was polite and helpful. The repair itself was completed quickly and efficiently and you would never know a repair has been conducted Would certainly use again in future.
