Alex arrived to my place on time and got straight onto the job after a brief intro and walk around. Wasted absolutely no time and was done so quickly I couldn’t believe he had done the job. What an absolute night a day difference. Embarrassing to say my carpets although hoovered regularly and vaxed have been badly neglected over the past few years. His cleaning tools made my vax look like it was a child’s toy. From black in some areas especially by the front door back to the light grey they were the day they were fitted almost 10 years ago. Honestly can’t thank him enough for reviving my carpets. It was either this as a last attempt or laminate. Safe to say I can forget the laminate idea well and truly and have saved his website in my favourites for regular future use. If your on his page look no further. We booked with another company before Alex, and they left are carpets & sofa soaking wet (over 72 hours to dry) and it smelt worse than they did before being cleaned, Alex fixed that all for us & better he was great, we have large dogs so our carpets can take quite a battering from time to time, he’s returned them to basically brand new.
